From Masterclass to Full-Face Rejuvenation: Why I’m Introducing a New Approach to Dermal Fillers at KWJ Skin Clinic

When most people hear the word “filler”, they often think of overfilled cheeks, unnatural lips, or a face that simply doesn’t look like itself anymore.

The truth is, great filler should be almost invisible.

Recently, I had the privilege of attending an advanced full-face rejuvenation masterclass with one of the UK’s leading aesthetic practitioners, Kiki from DreamFace. It was an incredible experience that reinforced something I’ve always believed:

Dermal filler isn’t about creating a new face. It’s about restoring what’s been lost.

Following this advanced training, I’m excited to introduce a more comprehensive approach to facial rejuvenation at KWJ Skin Clinic — one that focuses on facial harmony, natural restoration, and subtle, undetectable results.

The Biggest Misconception About Filler

One of the most common things I hear in consultations is:

“I don’t want to look fake.”

And honestly? Neither do I.

The problem is that many people think filler is all about adding volume. In reality, ageing isn’t usually caused by a lack of volume in one specific area.

As we age, our faces naturally lose support, collagen, fat pads shift, and bone structure changes. Following significant weight loss, pregnancy, illness, stress, or simply the natural ageing process, many people notice they look more tired, hollow, or heavy around certain areas of the face.

Often, the answer isn’t to inject more into areas that already have volume.

The answer is to strategically restore support where volume has been lost.

Understanding Full-Face Rejuvenation

When people hear that a full-face treatment may use 6ml, 8ml, or even 10ml of filler, they are often shocked.

After all, 1ml is enough to noticeably enhance a pair of lips.

So how can 8ml across the entire face still look natural?

The answer lies in placement.

Imagine spreading one teaspoon of water across a football pitch. Suddenly, it doesn’t seem like much at all.

Full-face rejuvenation works in a similar way.

Rather than concentrating filler into one feature, small amounts are carefully placed across multiple areas where structural support has diminished. This may include:

  • Cheeks

  • Mid-face

  • Temples

  • Chin

  • Jawline

  • Pre-jowl area

  • Marionette region

The goal isn’t volume.

The goal is support, balance, and restoration.

When performed correctly, people won’t ask if you’ve had filler.

They’ll simply tell you that you look fresher, healthier, and well-rested.

Every Face Ages Differently

One of the biggest lessons reinforced during my recent masterclass was that no two treatment plans should ever be the same.

Some clients may benefit from just 1ml or 2ml.

Others experiencing significant volume loss following weight loss or ageing may require a more comprehensive approach using 6ml-10ml over the course of treatment.

There is no template.

There is no “standard face”.

There is only your unique facial anatomy, your concerns, and your goals.

This is why consultations are such an important part of my process.

Before recommending any treatment, I assess:

  • Facial structure

  • Areas of volume loss

  • Skin quality

  • Facial proportions

  • Movement and expression

  • Your desired outcome

Only then can we create a treatment plan that achieves natural-looking results while preserving what makes your face uniquely yours.

Natural Results Will Always Be My Priority

One of the reasons I was drawn to this advanced technique is because it aligns perfectly with my own treatment philosophy.

I don’t believe in chasing trends.

I don’t believe everyone needs the same treatment.

And I certainly don’t believe that more filler automatically means better results.

The best aesthetic treatments are often the ones nobody notices.

The aim is not to change your identity.

The aim is to help you look like the healthiest, freshest version of yourself.

A version that still looks completely like you.

Is Full-Face Rejuvenation Right For You?

You may be a suitable candidate if you’ve noticed:

  • A tired appearance despite feeling well-rested

  • Loss of facial definition

  • Hollowing around the cheeks or temples

  • Increased heaviness around the lower face

  • Changes following significant weight loss

  • Facial ageing that no longer reflects how youthful you feel

Many clients tell me they don’t want to look younger.

They simply want to look like themselves again.

That’s exactly what this approach is designed to achieve.
