Appointment Cancellation Policy

 

Please notify KWJ Skin Clinic of cancellations 48 hours prior to your booked appointment. This will allow sufficient time to open the appointment to another customer. Failure to notify us before the 48 hour window will result in the  loss of any booking fee. Booking fees will only be reimbursed if you notify KWJ Skin Clinic 48 hours prior to your appointment.

 

 

Lateness Policy

 

Accommodating late clients is mostly impossible, without disrupting other clients scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, I cannot guarantee that your treatment will be performed that day. and booking fee will be at risk.  Please inform KWJ Skin Clinic if you're running late on 07535 617736

 

 

Booking Fee for Appointments

 

There is a £40 deposit due when booking an appointment but this is not applicable to initial free of charge  consultations. The balance is due immediately after treatment has been completed. Booking fees are fully refundable only in the following circumstances - if 48 hours’ notice is given for any cancelations,  if you are deemed unsuitable for treatment or if the lateness policy is activated.

 

 

No Shows

 

Booking fees will be lost if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment and additional booking fees will be required for future treatments.

 

 

Courses of Treatments

 

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full, ahead of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited. Treatment courses are only refundable for medical reasons. In this instance clients will be refunded for the balance of any treatments not administered. 

 

 

Reviews

 

If you're not satisfied with a treatment, I ask you to please contact KWJ Skin Clinic  within 7 days. Unless in case of emergency, please notify the clinic immediately, however this would be incredibly rare.

 

 

Gift Vouchers

 

Refunds are not available for gift vouchers. 

Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash value.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date they are purchased.

Gift vouchers are redeemable only against products and services as stated on the voucher. Value remaining on a gift voucher after treatment will be given in the form of a credit to be redeemed within the 12 months.

 

 

Children

 

No children are allowed to attend appointments. 

 

 

* Clients agree that they are unable to publish or discuss any negative content in relation to KWJ Skin Clinic on the internet, via social media or other channels. Failure to comply will result in court proceedings. Any issues should be dealt with between KWJ Skin Clinic and clients directly.
